I recently had the opportunity to speak for 5 minutes to ask a senior group to support me in the Breast cancer walks that I do in October. I decided that instead of doing a plea for support, I would just read one of the poems I wrote many years ago. I also keep my Cancer advocate story board in my car, so I pulled it out. I now understand the effects of color and butterflies on the self, soul and spirit. This is one of my journal writings soon to be published so I will title this as “Butterflying in Bartlett.
